Feta Dip

This wonderful recipe is from ‘MILK’ by John and Sally McKenna produced in association with the National Dairy Council. ‘MILK’ is available in bookstores across Ireland and can be purchased online here.

Ingredient Checklist
 200 g Irish farmhouse feta cheese
 1 natural yogurt
 3 tbsp olive oil
 fresh mint, finely chopped
 fresh dill, finely chopped
 2 tbsp nori flakes

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and buzz until the mixture whips into a smooth purée.


No need for salt.


Serve with crackers and/or crudités.
