Add the yogurt to a medium bowl.

Add the melted chocolate. Work quickly to combine it well until it's smooth.

Mixture will thicken up right away, so spoon into individual glasses or simply leave it to set in the bowl.

Place in the fridge for at least an hour before topping with chopped nuts or fruit.
