We teamed up with our friends at The Irish Food Writing Awards for the 2022 St. Patrick’s Festival to host a panel discussion that debated the question – is there an Irish cuisine?
We were joined by Jess Murphy of Kai Galway, dairy farmer Louise Crowley, food writer Joe McNamee from the Irish Examiner, chef Damian Grey of Liath Restaurant in Blackrock in Dublin and chef Gaz Smith of Michael’s in Mount Merrion in Dublin.
